Who is it for?
The VooPoo RTA Pod suits vapers who already build their own coils, or want to learn, and like choosing their own wire and cotton. Instead of buying packs of coils, you rewick cheaply and rebuild when needed. The included 0.2Ω coil is a direct-lung style build for higher power, while a higher-resistance build of your own and closed-down airflow give a tighter MTL draw.
Building tips
Fit the coil, trim the legs, dry-fire it to check it glows evenly from the centre out, then thread the cotton through, trim it and soak it with liquid before filling. Start low on wattage and open or close the airflow until the draw feels right. Browse more vape tanks, our RDTA vape tanks and the full VooPoo range.
FAQs
Can I use the RTA Pod on a box mod?
Yes. Fitted to the PnP Pod Tank base it works as a 510 RTA, so it can be used on standard 510 mods as well as VooPoo PnP pod devices.
Is the VooPoo RTA Pod MTL or DTL?
Both. The included 0.2Ω coil is for direct-lung vaping, and you can build a higher-resistance coil for MTL.
Do I need experience to use an RTA?
Some basic rebuilding knowledge helps. If you prefer simple coil swaps, a pod that takes VooPoo PnP coils is easier.
