What Happens if You're Not Home?

• Return to Depot: Hold at depot for collection with ID
• Maximum Attempts: After 3 attempts, package returns to us

Order Processing Times

Restricted Countries

We cannot ship vaping products to countries where they are prohibited by law. Our checkout system will automatically prevent orders to restricted destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If Your Package is Lost

2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
3. Wait 48 hours from expected delivery date
4. Contact our customer service team for assistance
5. We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund

If Your Package is Damaged

• Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Take Photos: Document the damage for our records
• Keep Packaging: Retain all packaging materials
• Don't Use Products: Do not use damaged vaping products
• Quick Resolution: We'll arrange replacement or refund promptly

Shipping Restrictions
