Age Verification Policy

Vape Lounge Online sells e-cigarettes, e-liquids, nicotine pouches and related products to adults aged 18 and over only. In the UK it is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18, or to buy them on behalf of someone under 18.

Who can buy

• You must be 18 or over to visit this site, create an account, place an order or receive a delivery.
• By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and that the products are for your own use.
• We do not sell to anyone we believe is buying for a person under 18 (proxy purchasing).

How we check age

• On our website: you must confirm you are 18 or over before entering the site. If we have reason to doubt your age, we may ask for a copy of photo ID (passport, UK driving licence or a PASS-accredited card) before dispatch.
• On delivery: orders are sent by Evri with age verification at the door, and someone aged 18 or over must receive the parcel. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not hand the parcel to anyone who appears to be under 18 or cannot prove their age.
• In our shops: we operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25, staff will ask for photo ID before any sale.

If we cannot verify your age

We will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Parcels returned by the courier because age could not be confirmed are refunded minus the delivery cost.

Your data

Any information used to check your age is handled under our Privacy Policy and kept only as long as needed to show we checked it.
