We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please read our return policy below carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

E-liquids, disposable vapes, and any opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is defective.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.

All defective products must be returned to us for verification. Once we inspect and confirm the fault, we will process a refund or replacement depending on your preference.

If the product is found not to be defective, we reserve the right to return the item to you without a refund.

Return Process

Contact Us via email at sales@vapeloungeonline.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and the return address.

Carefully package the item(s) and send them back to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Once received, we will inspect and verify the item(s).

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. Please retain proof of postage.
