Store Policy

These rules apply when you shop at any Vape Lounge store. Online orders follow our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Our stores

We have shops in Rippon, Ossett, Queensbury, Harehills, Basildon and Mungo Park. For your nearest store's address and opening hours, call 07449308993 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) or email sales@vapeloungeonline.co.uk.

Age checks (Challenge 25)

We only sell vaping and nicotine products to people aged 18 and over. Anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID (passport, UK driving licence or a PASS-accredited card). We will refuse a sale if ID is not shown, or if we believe the products are for someone under 18.

Prices and stock

In-store prices and offers may differ from online prices. Online offers and discount codes apply online only unless stated. Stock varies by store, so call ahead if you are after a specific item.

Returns and faulty items

• Unopened, unused items can be returned to the store you bought them from within 14 days with proof of purchase.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, coils, pods and used devices cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Faulty devices are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Bring the item and receipt to any store and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Using our stores

• Vaping is allowed in store only when staff allow it, for example to test a product.
• We may refuse service to anyone who is abusive to staff.
• Our stores may use CCTV for safety and security.

Recycling

Vapes and batteries must not go in household bins. You can return used vapes, pods and batteries to any of our stores for free recycling.
