GeekVape Z coils are push-fit replacement heads for the GeekVape Zeus sub-ohm tanks and the kits that use them, including the Aegis Legend and Obelisk ranges. They are designed for direct-to-lung vaping with high VG e-liquid, and the Z coil range covers several resistances so you can tune flavour against vapour.

Which Z coil?
- Z1 0.4: the gentlest option, lower wattage and more flavour focus
- Z2 0.2: a step up in vapour for mid-range power
- 0.25: a balance of flavour and cloud
- 0.15: the lowest resistance and the biggest vapour, at the highest power
Lower resistance coils use more liquid and battery. Keep nicotine low with these, typically 3mg or 6mg, and stay inside the wattage printed on the coil.
Compatible tanks and kits
Z coils fit the GeekVape Zeus sub-ohm tank family (Z series tanks) and kits that ship with them, such as Aegis Legend kits, Aegis Solo 2 S100 and Obelisk kits. Fitting and priming
Pull the old coil out of the base, push the new one in until it clicks, and wet the cotton with a few drops of liquid. Fill the tank and wait five to ten minutes before vaping. Start at the low end of the wattage and work up. A Z coil usually lasts one to three weeks, depending on how much you vape. Pair with a high VG shortfill from our 100ml e-liquid range.

Do Z coils fit the GeekVape Z Max tank?
No. The Z Max tank uses M Series coils. Z coils are for the Zeus tank family.
Which Z coil gives the best flavour?
Many vapers find the Z1 0.4 the most flavour-focused, as it runs at lower power.
Can I use nic salts with Z coils?
Not at high strengths. These coils produce a lot of vapour, so low-strength freebase or shortfill liquid is the right choice.
