GeekVape Aegis Boost B Series coils are the push-fit replacement heads for the Aegis Boost pod system and several other GeekVape devices. Choose a higher-resistance B Series coil for a tighter mouth-to-lung draw, or a lower one for a looser lung hit and more vapour.

Which B Series coil should I choose?
- 1.2 ohm: the tightest draw, good for MTL vaping with nic salts or 50/50 liquids
- 0.6 ohm: a restricted lung (RDL) draw, a middle ground for flavour and vapour
- 0.4 ohm: looser airflow for direct-to-lung vaping with higher VG liquid
- 0.2 ohm M100 Coil: the most vapour, for DTL vaping with 70% VG or higher
As a rule, use nic salts and 50/50 with the higher ohm coils, and save thick shortfills for the 0.4 and 0.2 ohm options. Lower nicotine strengths suit the lower resistances, as they produce much more vapour per puff.

B Series coils fit the Aegis Boost and Aegis Boost Plus pods, the Aegis Hero range and the Obelisk 65. If you are unsure, check the coil name printed on your existing head. Getting the most from each coil
Prime a new coil by dropping e-liquid onto the exposed cotton, fill the pod and let it sit for five to ten minutes before vaping. Start at the low end of the wattage marked on the coil and work up. Replace the coil when the flavour fades or you notice a burnt taste.
