Direct Marketing Policy

We only send marketing emails and texts to adults aged 18 and over who have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time. This policy explains what we send, how we get your permission and how to opt out.

What we send

• New products, restocks and price offers from Vape Lounge Online
• Order-related offers, such as a discount after your first purchase
• Information about our shops and events

We do not send marketing about products to anyone we know or believe is under 18. Our marketing does not make health claims about vaping products.

How we get your permission

• Email and SMS: we only send marketing if you tick the opt-in box at checkout, sign up to our newsletter, or join in store. The box is never pre-ticked.
• Existing customers: where the law allows, we may email you about similar products after a purchase. Every such email lets you opt out, and we stop straight away if you do.
• Post and phone: We do not market by post or phone.

Your choices

• Click "unsubscribe" in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
• Untick marketing in your account settings.
• Email sales@vapeloungeonline.co.uk and we will remove you within 5 working days.

Opting out of marketing does not affect order and delivery messages, which we must send to fulfil your order.

Your data

We never sell or rent your details to third parties. Our email and SMS providers send messages on our behalf and may only use your details to do so. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and our cookie and tracking rules are in our PECR Policy.
